Job Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and take/forward messages
- Answer questions and promote Ardent Academy programs and services
- Perform general administrative duties 
- Take attendance for classes 

- Enthusiastic, professional problem-solver in college or older
- Telephone skills, good verbal & written communication
- Dependability, attention to detail
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc).
- Must have excellent verbal/written English
- Customer service experience preferred
- Computer proficiency mandatory
- Korean and/or Mandarin a plus
