Important Update:
To better serve our students and expand our STEM programs, Ardent Academy is pleased to announce that we will be relocating our Math Olympiad and Speech & Debate classes to Ardent Woodbridge starting January 21, 2019 (Ardent Woodbridge - 3500 Barranca Pkwy, Ste. 220, Irvine, CA 92606). Ardent UTC remains in operation as our HQ. College Counseling and Ardent Labs will still take place at this campus.
Registration and Payment
Full payment of tuition and fees is required at the time of registration. Online payment by credit or debit card is preferred. If the payments are nonnegotiable, you will not be registered in your course(s). We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. If you wish to pay by check or cash, you must register and make payments in person at our offices.
*Please note that we do offer pro-rated tuition for selected courses. Please ask our offices for more information.
Class Change and Refund Policy
Withdrawal requests must be made by submitting a written request 7 days before the first day of class to receive a refund of the course tuition minus the processing fee of $50. Otherwise, no refund nor credit will be given. No pro-rated tuition or credit will be given for missed classes. Classes are subject to change or cancel.
