Ardent's College Counseling Service focuses on mentoring students and families to achieve college application success rather than packaging student activities. Over the past 7 years, more than 90% of Ardent high school graduates attend a top 30 universities with majority of them receive at least one admission from an Ivy league school. Most of them started with Ardent's Math Olympiad Training with an average of 4 years of study at Ardent Academy. In this seminar, we will discuss new trends in college admission and how Ardent prepares students and families to succeed in this challenging environment.

Class of 2017 admission results are in. Ardent students have done well with 8 students admitted to MIT, 3 students admitted to Harvard, 4 students admitted to Stanford, 3 students admitted to Princeton, 2 students admitted to Yale and scores others into Cornell, Caltech, Berkeley, U. Chicago, UCLA, and USC.

For students in 8th and 9th grade, now is the critical time to plan out your college pathway and for families to establish common goals and strategies to fulfill your college dreams.

For students in 11th grade, now is the time to audit your current accomplishment against the profiles of your dream college and kick-off your college application process.

At this seminar, students and their parents, will learn

  • critical decisions from academic planning, extracurricular pursuit, to service and leadership that you need to make for college admission
  • why over 70% of Ardent students who completed at least one year of our high school program received admission from Ivy+3 colleges
  • what courses and services are available at Ardent to plan your pathway to college
